Giuliani 4th or 5th in Iowa ?

MSNBC Hardball's Chris Matthews has former Democrat, former Independent, former mayor - but still a permanent draft dodger - Rudy Giuliani as running as low in the pack as fourth in the Iowa Straw Poll results for later this summer.

Of course, if former senator, skirt-chasing cancer patient Fred Thompson enters the race by August Rudy could be fifth.
